Welcome to Passaver! By accessing or using our password management service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Passaver. Please read them carefully.

2. 服务说明

Passaver is a free, open-source password manager that provides:

  • 零知识架构（我们无法访问您的密码）
  • 客户端加密（所有加密都发生在您的浏览器中）

  • 密码生成和安全分析

3. 资格

To use Passaver, you must:

  • 年满 13 岁
  • 具有签订有约束力的合同的法律能力
  • 适用法律不禁止使用该服务
  • 提供准确、完整的注册信息

4. 用户的责任

4.1 账户安全

⚠️ 关键：主密码责任

您全权负责维护您的主密码的机密性。如果您丢失主密码，我们将无法恢复您的数据。由于我们的零知识架构，没有“密码重置”选项。

您同意：

  • 创建一个强大且独特的主密码
  • 确保您的主密码保密且安全
  • 不与他人分享您的帐户凭据
  • 如有任何未经授权的访问，请立即通知我们
  • 对您帐户下的所有活动承担全部责任

4.2 可接受的使用

您同意不：

  • 将服务用于任何非法或未经授权的目的
  • 违反您所在司法管辖区的任何法律
  • 干扰或破坏服务或服务器
  • 尝试未经授权访问我们的系统
  • 传输恶意软件、病毒或有害代码
  • 对服务进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编
  • 未经许可使用自动化系统（机器人、抓取工具）
  • 冒充他人或歪曲您的身份

5. 零知识架构和数据恢复

🔐 重要提示：了解我们的局限性

  • 我们无法恢复您的密码：您的主密码永远不会传输到我们的服务器。所有加密都在您的浏览器本地进行。
  • 我们无法重置您的主密码：与传统服务不同，没有“忘记密码”恢复选项。
  • 您负责备份：我们建议离线安全备份您的主密码（写下并安全存储）。
  • 数据丢失是永久性的：如果您忘记了主密码，您的加密数据将永久无法访问。

By using Passaver, you acknowledge and accept these limitations. This is a feature, not a bug – it ensures maximum security and privacy for your data.

6. 免费服务且无保修

Passaver is provided free of charge and open source. As such:

  • 该服务按“原样”提供，不提供任何形式的保证
  • 我们不保证可用性、可靠性或正常运行时间
  • 我们可能随时修改或终止功能
  • 我们保留因违反政策而限制使用或终止帐户的权利
  • 不提供服务级别协议 (SLA)

7. 知识产权

7.1 我们的权利

Passaver's source code is licensed under an open-source license. The Passaver name, logo, and branding remain our intellectual property.

7.2 您的数据

您保留对您的数据的所有权利。我们声称对您的加密密码或个人信息不拥有所有权。您的数据属于您。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内：

  • Passaver and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • 对于因忘记主密码而导致的数据丢失，我们不承担任何责任
  • 我们对因服务中断、错误或安全漏洞造成的损失不承担任何责任
  • 我们的总责任不得超过 100 美元或您支付给我们的金额（免费用户为 0 美元）
  • 我们不对第三方服务（Firebase/Google Cloud）故障负责

9. 赔偿

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Passaver and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • 您对服务的使用或滥用
  • 您违反这些条款
  • 您侵犯了第三方的任何权利
  • 您的疏忽或错误行为

10. 终止

10.1 由你

您可以随时通过帐户设置终止您的帐户。终止后，您的数据将在 30 天内永久删除。

10.2 我们

如果您违反这些条款、从事欺诈活动或出于任何原因（无论是否发出通知），我们可能会暂停或终止您的帐户。除非法律禁止，否则我们将尽合理努力在终止前通知您。

11. 数据导出和可移植性

您可以随时通过帐户设置导出加密数据。我们以标准格式提供数据，以确保可移植到其他服务。

12. 条款修改

我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。我们将：

  • 通过电子邮件或应用内通知通知您重大变化
  • 更新本页顶部的“上次更新”日期
  • 对于重大变更至少提前 30 天发出通知

Your continued use of Passaver after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. 适用法律和争议解决

这些条款应受[您的司法管辖区]的法律管辖并根据其解释，而不考虑其法律冲突条款。

因本条款或您使用本服务而产生的任何争议应根据越南国际仲裁中心（VIAC）的规则，在越南河内进行有约束力的仲裁解决，除非法律禁止。除非仲裁员另有决定，否则各方应承担各自的仲裁费用。

14. 可分割性

如果发现这些条款的任何规定无法执行或无效，则该规定应在必要的最小范围内受到限制或消除，其余规定仍具有完全效力。

15. 完整协议

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Passaver concerning your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements.

16. 开源许可证

Passaver's source code is available on GitHub under an open-source license. You are free to review, audit, and contribute to the codebase according to the terms of that license.
